16 cups popped popcorn
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
2 cup white sugar
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbs. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
Place popcorn in a large microwave safe bowl.
In large sauce pan melt butter add in sugars and corn
syrup. Bring to a boil and cook until
sugar is dissolved, and add in peanut butter.
Boil for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
Remove from heat and add in the baking powder and mix well. It will grow so be careful.
Pour over popcorn and stir until well covered. Microwave for
1 minute and stir, microwave again for 1 minute and stir, microwave another
minute and stir then pour out on a clean counter and break up as it cool. When cooled store in air tight
container.
