4 cups broccoli, chopped into bite size
8 Slices of bacon cut up and fried*
½ cup purple or sweet onion
½ cup Craisins
¼ cup sun flower seeds, sliced almonds or cashews
Dressing:
2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sugar
Combine the salad ingredients, mix the dressing and pour
over salad. If you have time chill a few
hours before serving.
